As a company, we do not engage in refunds. It is, at present, directed by our policy that the item you ordered cannot be returned and a different item can be provided as an exchange.
Damage/wrong/used product
In the event that a customer returns an already picked-up order that is either used or damaged, we will not accept this, and unless we are paid for the reason for not fulfilling your request, we will destroy the replacement order.
